Our hotel in the 6th arrondissement

puts you right in the heart of Paris!

The 6th arrondissement epitomises the very spirit of Paris. Bordered to the north by the Seine, Boulevard Saint-Michel to the east, Boulevard Montparnasse to the south and Rue de Sèvres and Rue des Saints Pères to the west. It is well linked by metro lines 4, 10 and 12 and line B of the local RER rail service.

Our hotel located on Rue Delavigne will allow you to discover the many sides to the City of Lights with its cultural scene, its famed cafés, its art galleries, its museums, its boutiques, its department stores and its parks.

The most prestigious neighbourhoods of Paris are located in the 6th arrondissement. These include Saint-Germain-des-Prés with its abbey and brasseries, Saint-Suplice and its church with two towers, the Latin Quarter with its world-renowned universities, the Odéon district with its famous theatre, the Luxembourg district with its wonderful public garden, museum and palace (seat of the French Senate), Rue de Rennes with its small boutiques and the department store Le Bon Marché.

Paris’ 6th also boasts a rich history, notably with the oldest church in Paris, the Église Saint Germain des Près. During the 20th century, it was home to many famous artists and writers such as Jean Paul Sartre, Ernest Hemingway and Simone de Beauvoir. With institutions like the École des Beaux-Arts and the Académie Française, Paris’ 6th arrondissement is still a highly prestigious cultural centre while still an area with a lively and vibrant atmosphere.
